What documents are required to travel with pets?

Passengers travelling with pets may be required to present valid health certificates, vaccination records, and permits, depending on local regulations and destination requirements.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure all documents are complete and valid.

Where will my pet stay during the journey?

Pets must usually remain inside a secure carrier or cage throughout the journey.
For safety reasons, pets are not allowed to move freely on board and must stay in designated areas as instructed by the crew.
